Privacy Policy
Applies to Fast ISP USA and this website.
Introduction
Fast ISP USA ("we", "us", "our") provides interconnect and business-communications services to business customers in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and with whom we share it. It applies to this website and to information we handle in the course of providing our services.
Information we collect
Contact and enquiry information: the name, business name, business email address, telephone number, and message content you submit through our contact form or provide when you call or email us.
Customer and account information: information collected during our Know-Your-Customer onboarding process, such as legal entity details, business registration information, authorised contacts, service addresses, and the intended communication use case for the service.
Service and account records: numbers assigned to the account, service configuration, support correspondence, and payment and account administration records.
Call detail records: information generated when calls traverse our network, such as calling and called numbers, date, time, duration, disposition, and routing information. These records are required to deliver the service, resolve disputes, invoice accurately, and meet our compliance and traceback obligations.
Website and technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar diagnostic data collected automatically when you use this website.
How we use information
To respond to enquiries and provide quotations and onboarding information.
To verify business customers through our Know-Your-Customer process and to decide whether to activate service.
To provision, configure, deliver, support, and invoice our services.
To monitor traffic patterns on our network for indicators of misuse and to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy.
To respond to traceback requests and other lawful requests from upstream carriers, the FCC, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium.
To maintain the security, integrity, and availability of our network and systems.
To comply with applicable law, regulation, and our contractual obligations to carriers.
Legal basis and consent
We process information because it is necessary to provide services requested by a business customer, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our network, or with consent where consent is required.
Data retention
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards for business record purposes.
We retain customer identification and Know-Your-Customer records for the duration of the customer relationship and for a period afterwards, so that we can evidence our vetting process to carriers and regulators.
We retain call detail records for the period necessary to support service delivery, invoicing, dispute resolution, and compliance and traceback obligations. Because traceback requests can relate to historic traffic, these records are retained for a period consistent with industry and regulatory expectations.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or otherwise render it unusable.
Sharing with third parties
Upstream carriers and interconnect partners: to route and deliver calls, and to respond to their legitimate enquiries about traffic we originate or carry.
Regulatory bodies, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium: where disclosure is required or permitted by law, or where necessary to respond to a legitimate traceback or investigative request.
Service providers: vendors that support our operations, such as hosting, network monitoring, communications, and professional services providers, under obligations of confidentiality and limited to what is necessary for their role.
Corporate transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party marketing purposes.
Your rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to request deletion where we are not required to retain it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of information you provided to us.
To exercise a right, contact us at support@fastispusa.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Note that we may be unable to delete records we are required to retain for compliance, traceback, or contractual purposes.
Cookies and similar technologies

Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, and loss. Access to customer records and call detail records is limited to authorised personnel with a legitimate business need. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's information
Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and this website is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the current version, and material changes will be reflected here.
