Our Approach to Responsible Calling

This page sets out, in plain terms, how Fast ISP USA vets customers, monitors traffic, and responds when something is wrong. It exists so partners, carriers, and regulators can see our practices without having to ask.

Know-Your-Customer vetting

We onboard business customers through a documented KYC process. We identify the legal entity, confirm the people authorised to hold the account, review what the business actually does, and record the communication use case the service is requested for. Where the information provided cannot be verified, or where the stated use case falls outside our acceptable use policy, we do not activate service.

Prohibited use

Our service may not be used for illegal robocalls, caller ID spoofing or misrepresentation of the calling party, unlawful prerecorded-message campaigns, fraud or scam calling, or attempts to bypass carrier controls or analytics. These prohibitions are contractual, and breaching them is grounds for immediate suspension or termination.

Traffic monitoring

We monitor traffic patterns on our network for indicators of misuse — sudden volume changes, abnormal short-duration call ratios, unusual completion behaviour, or numbering activity inconsistent with a customer's stated use case. Findings are reviewed by our team and can lead to an account hold pending explanation.

Traceback cooperation within 24 hours

We cooperate fully with legitimate traceback and information requests from upstream carriers, the FCC, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium. Our commitment is to respond to such requests within 24 hours of receipt, and to provide the records required to identify the originating customer.

Records and retention

We retain the customer identification records and call detail records needed to support service delivery, dispute resolution, and compliance and traceback obligations. Access to those records is limited to authorised personnel and to disclosures required or permitted by law.

Enforcement

When a customer is found to be operating outside our policies we act: we restrict traffic, suspend affected numbers or trunks, and terminate accounts where the breach is serious or repeated. We would rather lose a customer than carry traffic that harms the ecosystem our other customers depend on.
