Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every customer using Fast ISP USA services and forms part of our customer agreement.

Permitted use

Our services are provided for lawful, conversational business communication, including:

  • Inbound customer service and support calls
  • Inbound sales and general business enquiries from customers
  • Appointment scheduling, confirmation, and rescheduling calls
  • Service dispatch, technician assignment, and arrival-window updates
  • Order, delivery, pickup, and shipment status communication
  • Quote, estimate, and service follow-up conversations with existing customers
  • Internal business and team communication
  • Account, service, and billing-related conversations with the customer's own customers

Prohibited use

The following are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate suspension or termination:

  • Illegal robocalls, scam calls, or any fraudulent calling activity
  • Caller ID spoofing or any misrepresentation of the calling party
  • Presenting numbers the customer is not authorised to use
  • Unlawful prerecorded-message or artificial-voice campaigns
  • Unauthorised high-volume automated dialing
  • Attempts to bypass, evade, or manipulate carrier controls, analytics, or call labelling
  • Traffic pumping, call manipulation, or artificially inflated traffic
  • Calls to numbers obtained unlawfully or without a lawful basis to call
  • Harassing, threatening, abusive, or deceptive calling
  • Any use that violates U.S. federal or state telecommunications law or regulation

Enforcement

We monitor traffic patterns on our network. Where we identify activity that appears to breach this policy we may contact the customer for explanation, restrict or block the affected traffic or numbers, suspend the account, or terminate service. Serious or repeated breaches result in termination without further notice.

Cooperation with authorities

We cooperate with upstream carriers, the FCC, law enforcement, and the industry traceback consortium, and respond to legitimate traceback requests within 24 hours. Customers remain responsible for the traffic they originate.

Reporting a concern

Suspected misuse of our network can be reported to compliance@fastispusa.com. Please include the calling and called numbers, and the date and time with time zone.

We may update this policy as regulatory requirements and industry practice evolve. The version published on this page is the current version.
